The released images suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key identifying different areas of the estate.
